It was a trail offer for 4.95 I received the item didn't open it yet and they charge me 99.00 dollars on my credit card. Didn't even tried the product yet and I didn't know they were going to charge me this amount of money I want to return it to the company. Every time I email them they do not respond to my email it's very upsetting
