I started to order this product online but after I put in my credit card number I cancelled out. They sent the product anyway. I didn't call them right away. It came with no invoice or anything in a plain white box... It did not say Equinox anywhere on the outside. I received another pkg. & sent it back Refused return to sender. I went on line to their site & got a phone number, called them & they told me they would refund me $79. When I got my credit card statement, they charged me $4.95, $99.00 & $105.95. My credit card company tried to intervene but they wouldn't listen to them. So I ended up with $130.90 in charges that I have to pay for something that I doesn't work. Read the terms & conditions carefully and when you see how they cover themselves, do not order. It doesn't work anyway.
