Equinox Skin Products was advertised as a free trial only paying the shipping of $4.95. I received my Credit card bill and I have an $89.00 charge and a $99.00 charge. As far as I am concerned I thought it was a free trial and I'm paying the shipping. I called my credit card company, funny thing CitiBank was able to get a representative from Equinox on line with me and he stated I authorized them to charge me on an ongoing monthly basis. I told him I did not authorize it. He said you agreed to the terms and agreements. He discontinued shipments from here on out but did not refund my money! I'm just hoping by submitting this they can be stopped for false advertisement. I went back through my E-mails and paper work and have no information, an order confirmation nothing stating I ordered anything or any paper trial. I feel very used and stupid for falling for such a scam. I hope this company can be stopped!!
