I recently about a month ago sent off for a free trail of the green coffee bean extract, stating the cost for delivery charges of £6.95.
Much like the other complaints I have read on here I have now received an additional charge of £77 a month later? I am not only confused as I never agreed to setting this up as a monthly thing, and also I have not even received the product.
I tried contacting by there given email stated but this was useless as it sends you an email to contact them via phone, once I got through the man on the phone was very frustrating as not only could he not locate my order but seemed to be an idiot as he couldn't understand clear English.
This has frustrated me more! As not only have I been charged for nothing, and being a student every bit of money is vital! But there seemed to be no answer into solving this problem?
I find this company disorganised, useless and untrusting.
