When you purchase any product off their website (I purchased green bean coffee extract), they make you sign up as a member.
When the initial order is being made, it tells you that you can cancel this membership within the first month, as the first month is free - cancellation by PHONE OR EMAIL.
As we are in Australia, email is the best option for us. I purchased the product on 25/2 and emailed requesting cancellation of my membership on the 14/3.
I received no confirmation of my request, but on the 27/3 my VISA was debited $9.47 - the monthly membership fee.
When I sent a further email stating this was unauthorised, I received an automated email stating that I could only CANCEL BY PHONE!!!
I contacted the company and they said that they would not refund me my $9.47 because It was outside the 30 day trial period.
Their website is misleading.
This charge does not make any sense. It only makes sense if the product they sell me doesn't work as they claim.
I have been on this product for almost one month and have NOT lost any weight. IT makes no sense. If the product really works the way they say it does, why would you upset a customer who just spent hundreds of dollars on an order?!
NO more for me.
