Ordered green coffee bean and after being overcharged for the product I complained and cancelled membership. I just noticed on my cc statement there has been a reacurring charge from a company with a similar name starting right after i cancelled. I called and they (Trimslim) were another membership that was connected with the green coffee bean order and that when i canceled i only mentioned the green coffee bean and not them. I have no idea what this company is nor did i remember there being any mention of them when i ordered (to which they claim) They say that if you agree to ordering the green coffee bean you automatically agree to their membership to which is a different monthly charge of 9.47. Never read it, used it, nor wanted it. Anyway during my conversation about my cancellation they only agree to refund one month. When I wanted to keep discussing the situation they ended up hanging up on me saying they had other customers and our conversation was taking too long.
