I received a letter stating I had won $150,000.00. A check for $3990.00 was included with a warning that before I cashed the check I needed to contact claims agent, Lloyd Lewis ar 1-289-892-3517, $1995.00 was for taxes and the amount of $3990.00 would be deducted from the $150,000 prize money. There was a warning that this matter should be kept confidential until it was settled. This is, obviously, a scam of some kind as I did not enter any contests that I am aware of. I am filing this complaint as it is against the law to use the mails in this manner and I am sure there were many others who received the same letter and could possibly be hurt. Thank you.
