Received a prize claim notification saying I had won $150,000 in a UK lottery. There is a claim # and a phone number to call Lloyd Lewis at 905-598-5410. A check for $3990.00 was enclosed to use to pay the taxes on the prize amount. This is a check scam. Wish we knew who to contact about this. But warning... Do not cash the check!
