I had a mortgage with Loancare on my home at 201 Florence Ave, Warminster, Pa. 18974. The mortgage was originally held by Loancare Mortgagr #6235618. At The time I had agreed with them to use the Equity Excelerated Program. Loan care sent me a letter in December that they had sold ny mortgage to Roundpoint, asof January I shoud pay Roundpoint. On February 1 Loancare Cherged my account for $838.35. Ithen stopped payment costing me $60 and $75 in overdrafts, since Ihad already paid roundpoint for my mortgage. I sent them a letter and they agreed but they have not refunded my $838.35 plus the $60 stop payment charge and my $75 in over drafts caused by their overcharge.
