I remember getting a call from sales person on January who told me i am going to be provided with 100 gift card from walmart and i have to pay 29.9 for a month to enroll to this plan.
I got a text message saying i get 100$ gift card at walmart, called the number in the text no one picked up so i gave up thinking that that was 29.9$ and was a fraud.

But i came to know it's not 29.9 only.
She never told me that I was going to auto enroll to this and after 4 months 5/26 i get a call for upgrade. Then I checked my bank account and found that they have been charging me since.

Now I lost 119.6, i called customer care they tell me they sent me email regarding the auto enroll, i said i never got one and their sales person didn't say anything about auto enroll. They won't understand at all.

I have asked to listen to the call recording between the sales person and me. They told me to come back after 2 or 3 days.

They told me they are going to cancel subscription and wont' be charged from now, but I fear they are not going to do that and I might end up creating new debit card.

I have already lost a lot of money, don't want more. Please help.

I am very upset with these guys they are surely frauds and we must protect other ppl from getting looted like this.
