I ordered a cell phone from Walmart.com when they were running the $100 gift card promotion back on November 28. I finally received the phone a month later and was notified that the $100 gift card would be emailed to me by Friday, January 18. As of today, 4/2 I have not received the gift card. Over the past two months I have emailed five times, called twice and attempted an online chat with Customer Care Services as well as Corporate team/Sales and Marketing. I spoke with Salina at Corporate and she advised me that there was a "glitch" in the emails originally and that they were working on it. I explained that I had been given the run-around by Walmart%u2019s Customer Care Representatives for 2 months - each time being told it would be resolved within 14 days. She told me she would expedite this and it should be fixed and an email sent within 3 days with my gift card. After waiting for more than a week I emailed again and the latest email response was that there was no such order number. So, again I replied - this time with an attached copy of the order which confirmed the order number was indeed correct. That was four days ago and I%u2019ve heard nothing since.
