Walmart Gift Card

I received a text message on my cell phone this morning.
(I don't understand how this company even got my number.)

The text said that I "had won a $10000.gift card."
I called the number and got a recorded message saying that
'the person's voice mail had not been set up.'
WALMART needs to do something to STOP scammers from getting information
about customers that shop at their stores. I will stop shopping at those stores if they don't protect information better.
