Sent for the $4.95 "pay S&H only" deal, and received product with no contact or return info. The number listed on the website was not valid. Next thing I know, my account is charged $109??!! Got a customer service number off the complaint boards, called. First, there was nothing they could do. Then a partial refund. Then a larger partial refund. After telling the person on the phone, who was very hard to understand and kept trying to read from her script, that NO, I wanted a FULL refund numerous times, and asking to talk to the supervisor (who was *busy*, and after I said I'd hold, was informed it would likely be "a long time") and honestly having to be very rude and nasty myself, telling the girl to stop reading her script and to SHUT UP and listen, they agreed to a full refund, and cancellation of the account, but of course, it would take 5-7 days. Not to mention I'd receive a confirmation email "in the next 24 hours" REALLY? What a RACKET!
