Beware of a company called phone connections Limited. They advertise cheap prices for mobile phones and pro mac and laptops and are not trustworthy. We paid £646 for 2 blackberry phones plus £40 for same day delivery to an address in London. They told us there was a 2 for 1 promotion so that we would receive 3 phones. We had to send Cash payment as they did not accept visa.By the end of the day we were informed that they would not be delivered until the afternoon of the following day which was too late. They then promised to send them to our address abroad at absolutely no extra cost to us. 2 days later they requested we send them a further £550 as there was an insurance charge which they had not known about. Would you pay more money to them? On the shipping companys tracking it showed they had sent 10 phones. We queried this and they admitted a mistake and 7 of these phones they were returning and we must now send £300 to pay for insurance. Would you pay more money to them? Well we refused. Now we are told that they are taking no further responsibility of getting the phones to us and if we want them we will have to clear them ourselves in far off Turkey and pay all taxes and expenses. They refuse to refund our money. Please inform your readers to blacklist this company.
