I went to this company to add one line for my son, on june 20th. That day was fathers day. The said there was a big promotion that day, and that if i sign a 2 year contract, i will get the phones for free after rebate. I told them that i don't need the phones the said get them any way or you will lose them. They never told me that the phones must be activated before the end of june. I send all the papers to t mobile to get my money back 315.00 dollars. 6 weeks later i get a letter from t mobile saying that i can't get any rebate because i did'nt activate my phones. I Told them that the never said any thing about activation on the contrary i told them that i'm not using the phones any time soon and they said thats ok.
