My wife and I ordered two Blackberry phones from Fuse Wireless online. They ported our numbers from Sprint to T-Mobile the next day, but we waited two weeks for our phones to arrive. We were without cell service for two weeks! We closed the account and signed up with another carrier and had to get new numbers.
When the phones fianlly did arrive we refused them. We tried unsuccessfully to get Fuse to refund our credit card. We tried to dispute the charges with Visa but Fuse lied to them about the phones being returned. Basically they got $309 from us and all we got was a big hassel with no phones for our money and no response from fuse. BEWARE of FUSE WIresless.
