New roof installed June and leaking. Erik came back fixed leak and started to repaired interior ceiling but did not complete. He disappeared and would not return calls. Hired handyman to complete the ceiling costing $250.00. Roofer will not honour his 10 year warrenty against roof leaking as it is still leaking and ceiling has to be repaired again and flooring is damaged in area. Erik told me he has no money for repairs and wants another $500.00 from me. Roof was inspected by another certified roofer/contractor of a good standing business and told me the roof was not properly done and in areas would have to be redone. Cost of all repairs including roof, interior ceiling and floor damage, $3000.00
