They charged me £97.95 on 29 April when they said they were only going to charge me shipping costs around £4.99. I thought it was a promotional product and kept on appearing whenever i wanted to go on House of Fraser website. I thought it was their beauty product or some kind of promotion for their online customers. Totally scammed. The product i received said made in israel and the ink was rubbed off from the bottles as if overused. Had to change my card. I want my money back. I received another call from my bank stating if i had purchased skin product worth 69.99 which i hadnt and they said my card was being used illegally as fraud...
