I ordered what I thought to be a trial size of the Dead Sea Beauty Kit on January 28. I paid $5.95 for shipping and received my cream about 2 weeks later. I decided not to keep it and sent it back but by this time they had charged my Visa Debit $149.95 on March 1. I called them to get a refund & they said they never received the product. I couldn't find my tracking number anywhere for the post office and they said without proof that I sent it back they won't refund my money. I wrote it off as a bad debt but then on April 01 they charged my Visa Debit $97.95 without my authorization & I haven't received any product in the mail. I talked to my bank & they said that if I don't receive any product by April 15th then I can call them back & they will investigate further. I am so sick over this and will not be ordering anything online ever again. I wish I would have Googled this company before
I even ordered anything from them. I came across this offer thru Freebies.com there is nothing that is FREE, it always comes with a price and oh what a price I paid.
