This company sent me a dress that both the straps on the back came no where close to closing. It was for my daughters Graduation. We ordered two unaware of the NO return policy. The first was was faulty the second one never did arrive. We have been sending email after email requesting our money back. The company has replied by saying how sorry they are about our unsatisfaction, but always request more, which I submit and now they are just not emailing me at all. What a horrible company. First off, I would never have bought knowing the return policy (although, I accept that) I would just like my money returned for 1 porduct that was of no use to me and the second never arriving.
