I ordered my dress from this company and received the dress very soon which I was very happy. However, when i open the box and looked at the dress, i didn't like it at all, the sewing lines was not straight, the lining of the dress was crooked, looking from the back the left is longer than the right side. I went on the website to do online chat, they was pleasant, saying if i take pictures of the dress, and if eligible, they will accept return. So i was happy. Sent them the first email to let them know i will take picture the next day because my dress is at my fiance home, but just letting them know ahead that i want to return. This was my 1st email, the next day, i came to my fiance home, took the pictures of the dress and sent them a 2nd email. A few days has passes, they didn't respond. SO I went online chat with customer service again. THIS person said "sorry, I'm busy" and logged off. I sent them another email saying how their customer service was so rude, but i don't know if they are going to accept my return or not. This is my dress for my wedding and can you imagine how stress this is? My wedding is 5 weeks from the date i received the dress: (
