I was a victim of identity theft a couple years ago and someone opened an account in my name and charged up $600.00 in phone bills. AT&T turned it over to collection in my name. I have tried several times to contact the collection agency and they repeatedly turn me to their fraud department that does not answer. I have tried 10 times to contact their fraud department, leaving messages, etc. No return calls. The phone number given insists they are a different department and they cannot help me. I just want to clear my good name. Someone please help.
