Monday 20, at Victoriaville (Quebec) I was have make a phone call from a telephon box with my visa card to the cell phone of my friend who was in the other side of the street in a store. For this local call who take approximatly 3 or 4 minutes, I receive a visa paybill of 11,69 $ from WiMacTi. I think it's to much money and any advertissment was indicate or say in the box phone to indicate the price. It's robbery!
