I received a sms alert on my registered mobile No. Stating that a "transaction of Rs 592.43 was made on my SBI Credit Card at PES*easy comm 18888533688 on 22 May."
I have not used my card at all on the above date nor authorized any transaction. Moreover I am covered by "Verified by VISA". So how was the transaction made?
