I received a sms alert on my registered mobile No. Stating that a "transaction of Rs 645.85 was made on my SBI Credit Card at PES*easy comm 18-VID001306O13081 on 12 Aug."
I have not used my card at all on the above date nor authorized any transaction. Moreover I am covered by "Verified by VISA". So how was the transaction made?
