I purchased a deal for At-Home Shellac Style Nail Kit valued at $299 for $62. Per direction, i was supposed to redeem kit on the website: www.koshiusa.com
I redeemed the deal but i never received the merchandise. I reached out the Koshi Support and after so many days, they said, they would ship the merchandise soon. I would wait for weeks and no merchandise. I reached out to them again, and after asking so many questions, they would apologize and say they would ship the merchandise soon. I waited for weeks, no merchandise. I reached out to Saveology and they didnt respond. I emailed again and they advised they were working on it. After about a month, they said they contact merchant and my deal would arrive soon. This is pretty much the cycle that have been going on between myself, saveology.com and koshiusa.com. I have sent several emails to both parties, but neither has taken the time to actively resolve this issue. And saveology would not refund my money. I have dealt with groupon and living social, and never had such horrible experience. So here is my warning to all consumers out there. Please avoid Saveology.com and www.koshiusa.com at all cost.
Koshi support is the very worse i have encountered. They are so unprofessional and give customers run around
