I found an online ad for Comcast Triple Play from a Comcast reseller. The ad read that I would get $250 rebate after 2 billing cycles. Today I called Comcast to follow up on getting the rebate and was told they had no record of the purchase through the reseller. They gave me several phone numbers to call to try to track down the reseller so I could get the needed forms to request the $275 rebate. After more than an hour on the phone, another reseller gave me the Saveology phone number. The rep at Saveology found my account. I asked what I needed to apply for the rebate. I was directed to www.saveology.com. The C/S rep said I had a $250 credit with Saveology which I could use to purchase merchandise. Well, I should have known the deal was too good to be true. The Saveology credit turned out to be a $5 or $10 discount to purchase a $50/$100 gift card with some national retailers or restaurants or a small discount (1-3%) to purchase merchandise. At that rate, it will take years for me to spend my $250 "refund". The program was never explained and there was no mention of Saveology credit in any of the online literature. The whole thing is a big scam and shame on me for not remembering the saying "if it's too good to be true, it probably is". Stay away from this company and order service directly from Comcast. I should have checked sites like this before doing business with this company.
