Credit card information must be entered before they tell you how much the product is. When I saw the charge on my bank statement I realized I could not afford this product. It took many calls to cancel. They kept hanging up on me. I finally received a cancellation e-mail which promised a refund of half the money and I did not have to send anything back. No refund was credited to my account. After waiting for two weeks I called again and they asked me to fax them my bank statement for proof to them that I did not receive the credit!
