I ordered initially on 2/13 for the trial and I then cancelled on 2/27 and then the company charged my credit card for the amount of $83.80 after talking on the phone with customer service and then they sent me another bottle and charge the amt. Again. They have charged me 3 times total and today I tried calling thr company and the automated response voice told me to input my telephone number associated with the order so I did and it keep repeating itself over and over so It did not take me any further as in trying to cancel this again. This company owes me the above amount because I have cancelled 3 times to date and they keep sending the bottle of oil to only charge me again. I would like this corrected in a refund put back on the card I used. Thank you very much! I will be anticipating a possible refund and also awaiting a response from someone.
