I ordered a so called free trial for Idrotherapy cream and Essence of Argan oil, I paid £7.98 express delivery for the argan oil free trial and £5.99 for Idrotherapy, I received trial items two weeks later, I was then charged £83.80 for full size of argan oil and £99.99 for idrotherapy cream without even receiving products which I did not authorise anyway. I phoned Essence of argan on their uk no which was dead, I then emailed them and they did not answer my query re this, I did the same with idrotherapy, but to no avail, I then cancelled online on their web sites, then i had to cancel my debit card. This is such a scam and I want my money back.
