I ordered and payed for, Nikon D800 that was supposedly in stock. After 2 days I got shipping notice. After and beyond delivery date, I tried to communicate through email at the website, for any info or tracking number. NO response. I noticed after and since, that more than me has been scammed. Every time, it's the same story. The website is still up and selling

I lost 1960.00 hard earned money for a gift to a grandson's birthday. Is there nothing that can be done?
They are still in business ripping people off and I feel helpless.
Is there no local authority who can bust this place and get innocent people's money back?
