Having ordered a free trial for which i just had to pay the shipping was totaly unaware of the fact that after 14 days the full amount would be taken off my credit card — unfortunately the number given to cancell any further transactions does not work. So no other option but to e mail them although it does state e mail cacellation will not be accepted. Have blocked any further payments with the bank—but am still left up in the air as to what happens now???
