Saw an ad for risk free trial of Liposlim for $4.99 shipping only so thought, 'why not!'. I placed the order on November 17th and received a bottle in a box with nothing else (no instructions, contact information or anything). I received this early last week. On Friday morning, December 7th, while doing some on-line banking, I noticed a $81.61 charge against my credit card on December 1st. I called the number listed on my statement and discovered that HEALTHPAY (the company behind Liposlim) had charged me for the bottle I received as I failed to contact them within the 14 days trial. I explained to the lady on the phone that I wasn't aware of this as I didn't receive any info on this. I was told that it was on the website I ordered from (in small print) so sorry, too bad! I told her I didn't even have a 14 day trial but she said the trial started the day I ordered and includes shipping time. I asked if I could return the bottle but because I had opened it, I couldn't return it. They did cancel my account but only after I'm out $81.61 plus $5.10 for the shipping: (While on the phone, I could hear other conversations going on in the background and overheard a gentleman explaining this to someone. I thnk I'm not the only one who has fallen victim of this scam.
