I returned my first product to NoMoreRack.com & received receipt confirmation on the date above. I was given their account credit, not a refund to my credit card. The reason I returned the items was because the necklaces (chains) were too short & they shipped me the wrong tablet. At first I was okay with their response to my returns but then once I used the credit to purchase a more expensive tablet, plus all the accessories, carrying case & leather case/keyboard & a longer chain to replace the ones returned, everything went all crazy wrong! The tablet did not work, it turned on once & then never worked after that. I contacted the company & was provided return authorization numbers for all three items to return & three different addresses to send them to. I complied with the instructions given & returned the tablet, carrying case & leather case/keyboard on 3/19 & have been fighting with them every since trying to receive my refund from them. I just received an email saying they received the tablet & a account credit was given for $198.00, even though they know I want it refunded to my credit card. Nothing about the other items I returned. I like their jewery but I guess that is hard to mess up. I just want my money back & paid back to my credit card not as credit to purchase more things.
