I bought a pre paid pay power visa card for $500 when i went to activate the card i was told the card was invalid so i tried to activate it by phone. After being on hold for 45 minutes and hung up on twice, i asked to speak to a supervisor i was told that he was too busy to take the call and i could expect a call back in 3 hours?!? After explaining that i needed that money immediatly and asked to speak to someone else who was available I was told there was no one else i could speak to and no other department i could call. Worst example of customer sevice I have ever experienced. They have not offered to refund me or correct the situation in any way. This is a SCAM!!!
