Bellingrath Bros. Landscaping & Design agreed to cut down and dispose of trees, branches and other debree from a recent winter storm in exchange for $500. They agreed to do this within a two wek period. I paid them in full on March 12 by check number 3932 - Wells Fargo Bank. They cashed the check March 13. I have called the vendor a number of times and had been given "firm dates" by which the services - for which he was paid - would be satisfactorily completed. However, as of this day, more than 2 months after he accepted payment in full, the work has not been completed.
