They called me stating they worked with Microsoft to review and correct problems in their software. The first call I told them NO. They called again a few days later and said they had my phone number from my regestration on the Window package. So I let them into my system and they soposidly did some correction to my computer in the mean time they charged my credit card three times for their Lifetime service at $349 each plus a Foreign Tranaction Fee of $3.49 each
