On Friday I recieved a phone call who said they were calling for Microsoft and they were tech service for Microsoft and they were calling me to inform me that I had numerous errors in my software and since I had been a longstanding customer of them they wanted to correct these errors free of charge. They then directed me to a web site and began to remotely correct my computor. After more than one hour they said all my errors were corrected and then they offered me a lifetime security plan to correct any such errors or security problems for $ 259.00. After their call I tried to use my computor and found out it was totally corrupted. I than called them for support and they said they would call me back in an hour. They never called. I have called them several times since then and get a run around. They refussed to refund my money and I have had to get my computor repaired by Magic City Computor who told me that this was a scam and that they had other custumers who had the same problem. I filled out a police report and they gave me your web site.
