I could not receive e-mails for the past two days, called your tech. And he claimed it was my Outlook Microsoft causing the problem. I contacted Outlook, after doing a complete make over, which took over an hour and cost us $100.00, we were told that the problem was with the server, I called back your tech. And after he did what he did, we were told it was not deleted by them and what ever he did, I now get my e-mail. We feel we should be reimbursed for this $100.00 fee we had to pay, do to the negligance of the tech. My phone number is (Personal Information Removed), Enon Valley Borough.
