These individual are very rude and very demanding, They are telling you that they are working for a company that is suing you, because you defaulted on a payday loan. They stated that they where representing CashAmerica and then when you call them on it then they stated that they told you that they were representing Americash. Needless to say they told me on the first call that I needed to pay 498.00 by the end of business day or that I was going to be arrested the next morning. Then they had the nerves to say that they are going to call my job and tell them what I have done and that I am being charged with Fraud, Check Forgery. I became very upset on this call which came to my cell phone on 05/07, which the call had came from a 916-245-0240 which came to my phone at 2:46pm and called it back at 3:31pm. I spoke with the representative and he stated that he was calling from a Law office for Eddie Maxwell. I told him I was gong to see what I could do to come up with the money because I was very frantic at that point because I was not sure who these people where, and it was to the point that I was feeling threatened. I was sick to my stomach and it took everything that I had not to sit in a corner and cry because he made me feel like my life was over. So this individual told me to call back at 4:20 because the bosses gave me that time frame to come up with the money or else I was going to jail. So I called them back at 4:23 and at 4:24 on that number 916-245-0240 and when did the phone rang 3 to 4 times and then made a loud beep sound and no one was there. I called tat number about 4 more times after that and no one was there. You would figure that I would have been at ease because it was fraud but I went into panic mode. Then on 05/13 I got the other call from another individual with an accent as well this time from the 785-728-4715 this individual told me the same thing but the difference was now that the amount has jump up to 600.00 and if I did not pay I was going to jail, So at this point I was tired and just did not want to be beat up over the phone and I did not want to be harassed anymore I just wanted to make it stop but thankful to the girl in Western Union was able to see that it was fraud just by looking the phone number up on google. I was not in the right frame of mind and would have paid something that was fake. It makes me sick to my stomach and to be honest I hope they pay. See I was taught that God does not like ugly and that was a truly ugly situation.
