I brought my mother a mother of the bride dress for the upcoming wedding in november i have sent complaints and emails about the problems with the dress wrong size and the dress was damage when removed from the package and havent been able to talk with anyone. Or anything only by emails so unprofessional for the type of business. I placed the order in february and this is already june and nothing has happened. They keep tellling me that i have to keep sending emails and picturess of the damage. How many pictures so you need to see that it is a damage dress from their company and the wedding is coming and it is 195.00 that im out of right now..
