I ordered on 4-10. Product was to arrive in 3 to 5 days. Took 2 weeks. I tried to reach them through their customer support but web side is no good. Scared of product because of lack of info. Tried to return under their 30 day rule but rule date started the day I ordered the product not when it arrived. Product arrived on 4/22. Today is 5/12
