I called the AVG help line and ended up with Guruaid and they sold me bad software because the Malware is a joke. When we started up Malware last night with the tech, it reported 7 bad files right away. I fired it off today and again 7 bad files right from the start and the Malware couldn't remove the bad files. That is what happen to me at the cost of $169.99.
