I was told I had free diagnostics and was told they do software configuration for all major anti-viruses software companies. I was led to beleive I had eset tech support. After Guruaid tech ran multiple scans, He stated I had multiple viruses and he could fix my computer for a onetime fee of 169.00 dollars and good for a year. Issue was not fixed. I contacted eset customer service and was informed that tech suport for eset is free. I contacted guruaid and told them I wanted to opt out of the yearly computer plan and was told I could only get 49.00 dollars backI contacted eset and all issues are fixed. Credit card charges will we disputed. Mr. Charles Holman.
