I was on a reputable website when a survey popped up. I completed it and got a "free" gift. It is my fault for falling for this, but since it was a reputable website, I didn't see the harm. After getting the watch, I talked to the representative on the phone and asked what kind of gift is getting to have a watch for 14 days??? False advertising for sure! Has anyone gotten a refund? If so, how??? Could you claim credit card fraud with your bank?
