I received an e-mail from UPS (supposedly) informing me that, as a good customer, I could pick out a free gift. I chose a Volvado watch, and was informed that the shipping charges would be 4.99. My account was charged the 4.99, as expected. Since then I have received two more watches, and my account has been charged $95 for the first watch, and $49.99 for the two additional watches. COme to find out, this is some sort of monthly membership. What a scam! Now their "COMPUTER IS DOWN" and I am having difficulty getting any response. My mother had a stroke and my brother had a heart attack, so I didn't realize what was happening until now! I am beside myself. I really can't believe it!
