I ordered a free skincare sample in early January and had to pay £4.50 approx for postage. This took 3 weeks to arrive but you don't complain when its free. I noticed a payment going out of my account in March for £97.82 to activcollagen. I have contacted my bank that told me to email them to complain and copy all evidence of any communications between us. The bank said they might be able to help if no resolution, but couldn't stop any future payments (if any).
