I ordered a free sample of face cream from them and paid the postage £5.95. Then on the 11/2 a payment of £54.95 was removed from my bank account by R L Skincare without my knowledge or without me ordering any other products from them. Then again on the 23/2 another £54.95 was taken from my bank account. What can I do to stop this happening again?
