I ticked for a free sample of Activcollagen and paid £4.95 postage. On 03/12 I was advised by my bank that the sum of £92.87 was pending on my account. I authorised the bank to cancel this but the sum was taken from my account on 03/20. I talked to my bank again and was told that the clerk I had previously spoken to had assumed that I would cancel the 'subscription'. The clerk I spoke to today (03/23) suggested that I contact Activcollagen and cancel. He gave me a phone number which I checked on their internet site but there is no reply from it. The best I could do was contact Activcollagen through their website on one of their 'contact us' pages. There should be a reply within 24 hrs but I shall probably not get any money back
