I ordered a free sample of cream only having to pay £2.49 postage which was taken from my bank account om 13 march then on the 29th of march a further £79.95 was taken. Then on the 29th of march another £59.95 was taken. I have bank statements for these transactions and also for the transactions for my previous complaint regarding another free sample from rl skincare which they have also taken unauthorized money from my account i am unable to upload these statements but if there is another way to get them to you then please let me know.
